그냥 "나는 믿는다." 거나 "나는 의심치 않는다"거나 한다고 해서 자신이 이해한다거나 안다는 뜻은 아니다. 어떤 것을 이해하지도 않고 어거지로 스스로에게 보고 받아들이라고 하는 것은 정치적인 것이지 정신적이거나 지적인 것이 아니다.
Just to say ‘I believe’ or ‘I do not doubt’ does not mean that you understand and see.
To force oneself to see and accept a thing without understanding is political and not spiritual or intellectual.
