노끈과 밧줄과 쇠사슬을 말안장과 함께 끊어 버리고 장애물을 없애 깨달은 이 그를 나는 수행자라 부른다
斷生死河 能忍超度 自覺出塹 是謂梵志.단생사하 능인초도 자각출참 시위범지
Him I call a Brahmin who has cut the strap and the thong and the chain with its appurtenances, who has burst the bar and is awakened.
