수행자들이여, 명상하라 되는대로 지내지 말라 마음을 욕정의 대상에 두지 말라 방탕한 나머지 지옥에 떨어져 뜨거운 쇳덩이를 삼키지 말라 지옥불에 타면서 괴롭다고 고함치지 말라
禪無放逸 莫爲欲亂 不呑鎔銅 自惱憔形.
선무방일 막위욕란 불탄용동 자뇌초형
Meditate, O mendicant, be not negligent. Let not your thought delight in sensual pleasures, that you may not for your negligence have to swallow the iron ball,* that you may not cry out when burning 'This is suffering!'
