홀로 앉고 홀로 눕고   홀로 다녀도 지치지 않고   자신을 억제하며   숲속에서 홀로 즐기라

一坐一處臥  一行無放逸   守一以正身  心樂居樹間.
일좌일처와  일행무방일   수일이정신  심락거수간

Let one sit alone, sleep alone, act alone without being indolent, subdue his self by means of his self alone: he would find delight in the extinction of desires.
