자기 자신을 이기는 일은 남을 이기는 일보다 뛰어난 것 그러니 자신을 억제하고 항상 절제하는 사람이 되라.
自勝最賢 故曰人王 護意調身 自損至終
자승최현 고왈인왕 호의조신 자손지종
Conquest of self is indeed better than the conquest of other persons; of one who has disciplined himself, who always practises self-control.
