마음은 들떠 흔들리기 쉽고 지키기 어렵고 억제하기 어렵다 지혜로운 사람은 마음 갖기를 활 만드는 사람이 화살을 곧게 하듯 한다.
心多爲輕躁 難持難調護 智者能自正 如匠익箭直
심다위경조 난지난조호 지자능자정 여장익전직
Just as a fletcher makes straight his arrow, the wise man makes straight his trembling, unsteady thought which is difficult to guard and difficult to hole back (restrain).
