게으름에 빠지지 말라 육체의 즐거움을 가까이하지 말라 게으르지 않고 생각이 깊은 사람만 큰 즐거움을 얻게 되리라
莫貪莫好諍 亦莫嗜欲樂. 思心不放逸 可以獲大安
막탐막호쟁 역막기욕락. 사심불방일 가이획대안
Give not yourselves over to sloth or to the intimacy with lust and sensual pleasures. He who meditates with earnestness attains great joy.
