신성한 것(열반)에 대한 기원을 가꾸어 온 사람, 자기 마음이 (세 가지 열매와 함께) 그것(열반)을 실현한 사람, 자기 마음이 물질적 쾌락에 얽매이지 않는 사람, 그런 사람을 일러 '높은 곳으로 가게 될 사람' 이라 하네.
He who has developed a wish for the Ineffable (Nibbana), he whose mind realises it (with the three Fruits), he whose mind is not bound by material pleasures, such a person is called and 'Upstream-bound One'
